What is your location?

I work in the greater Philadelphia area and offer virtual appointments as well as in-person appointments in Center City at this time. I do have my license in both Pennslyvania and New Jersey; therefore, I can see patients in both of these states.

How frequent are appointments?

Initial 60-minute evaluation appointments are required for all clients. The frequency of follow-up appointments (30 minutes) varies based on your needs. Those starting, adjusting, or changing medications may require more frequent appointments (every 1-4 weeks), but those on maintenance medications may be seen every 3-4 months. Please note that those on certain medications, such as controlled substances, will require appointments every 90 days for a refill.

What insurance is accepted?

I am currently in-network with Aetna, AmeriHealth, Cigna, Highmark, Optum/UHC, Quest Behavioral Health (Penn Medicine), Independence Blue Cross, and UBH. If I am out of network with your insurance, I can provide you with a receipt for reimbursement from your insurance company. Reimbursement is not guaranteed, so please check with your insurance plan. If you receive Medicaid or Medicare benefits, you cannot submit for reimbursement due to their regulations.

Please contact your insurance to ensure I am in network with your particular plan. My Tax ID (EIN) is: 93-3424-229. My individual National Provider Identifier (NPI, tyle I) is: 1225427867. My group NPI (Type II) is: 1427836865.

I can submit claims directly to insurance but you are ultimately responsible to ensure I am considered in network for your plan prior to our first appointment, otherwise, you will be subject to the out of pocket fees for services.

  • Follow-up Appointments/Established Clients: 30-minutes: 18+: $155; under 18: $175
